How to order online

You can either customise and buy a product already customised by someone else in Community Designs or you can start fresh customising a basic product from Customise page. Each product has multiple layers which can be customised (eg. sleeves, body, collar etc) and for each layer you can change its color and pattern. After you buy your customised product, the pattern used by you will become unavailable so you will be the only one in the world who owns that design. Only 5 orders per day can be made worldwide.

Mail order

Order status
  1. Log into "MY ACCOUNT" located at the top of the page and click to "ORDER HISTORY".
  2. Confirmations are sent via email within 30 minutes when 1) your order has been received or 2) your shipment has been processed, based on the valid email address provided to us.
  3. If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter.
    • Select mysimplicated.com as a trusted website domain in your spam filter.
    • To avoid any duplicate orders, please go to "MY ACCOUNT" to verify your order has been placed before resubmitting your order.
  4. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order status to change.
Modify or cancel order

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
