The following Return Policy only applies to online purchases made through www.mysimplicated.com


  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the order date only in case of receiving a different size that the one ordered or in case of product quality issues, as mysimplicated creates personalised products on demand/made-to-order and doesn't work with product stocks.
  • All items must be returned unworn with original tags attached, sanitary liner (for swimwear) intact and accompanied by the original Invoice & Return Form and customs documents (if applicable).
  • If you received a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact our Customer Service department.

  1. Complete the Return Form included in your order. Indicate the item(s) you are returning by listing the return reason code and return quantity.
  2. Enclose the completed return form in the return package. Retain your original order invoice for your records. Pack and seal your item(s) securely.

* Please note that a flat return shipping fee of €2.95 will be deducted from your refund, unless you are returning faulty merchandise.

  1. Complete the Return Form included in your order. Indicate the item(s) you are returning by listing the return reason code and return quantity.
  2. Enclose the completed return form in the return package. Retain your original order invoice for your records. Pack and seal your item(s) securely.
  3. Return the item(s) by mail to the address below for a refund.

Refunds

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
