* We aim to process and ship your order within the standard delivery times. However, sometimes during busy sale periods, deliveries may take longer.
* The delivery times may be 5 or more days if your shipping country is: Sweden, Finland, Latvia, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria or Greece.

 

EU Standard Home Delivery
  • When your order has left our warehouse and is shipped to your delivery destination, you receive a shipping confirmation email from us. Check the delivery times in the table to know when your order will arrive.
  • Track your order: Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 1 to 5 business days from your order date, go to the My Account page and click on Orders to get the tracking number for your order.
  • Please note that an order can be delivered to a neighbor, in case a delivery attempt is unsuccessful. Delivery to a neighbor is upon judgment of the driver. You will be notified of the delivery to an alternate address.
  • Delivery to P.O. Boxes and certain postcodes is currently not available. Click here to see the list of excluded postcodes.
Pick up from a UPS Access Point
  • Click here to find your nearest UPS Access Point.
  • When your order has left our warehouse and is shipped to your delivery destination, you receive a shipping confirmation email from us. Check the delivery times in the table to know when your order will arrive.
  • Track your order: Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email.   • You will receive an email notification when your order arrives and is ready to collect.
  • Please bring with you the order confirmation and a proof of identity: driver’s license, passport, foreign, national or military ID.
  • If someone else is collecting on your behalf, he/she needs to bring the order confirmation, your photo ID based on the above criteria, as well as show his/her own national ID. UPS Access Point will record their signature, name, type of ID presented and the number of the ID on a PDA device for record purposes.
  • You have 10 calendar days to collect your order at the chosen UPS Access Point. After the 10th day (from the day you received an email notification that your order is ready to pick-up), your order will be sent back to Mysimplicated. Once returned, a €2.95 standard return fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that the original shipping and handling charge is non-refundable.
Additional delivery information
  • Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.
  • If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 working days.
  • Orders with out of stock item(s) may take up to 5 additional working days to process and ship. Our Customer Service department may contact you for more information.
