Delivery time

  • In-stock products — dispatched within 24h
  • Customised products — made in 5-7 working days, then dispatched
  • Delivery in Romania — 1-2 working days from dispatch
  • Delivery in the EU — 4-7 working days from dispatch
  • Delivery outside the EU — 4-7 working days from dispatch, plus customs clearance time

Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes payable on delivery, which are not included in our prices.

Returns

This page summarises our Return & Refund Policy, which applies to online purchases made through www.mysimplicated.com. The seller is BAD COPY SRL, VAT RO48150517.

  • In-stock products — return within 14 days from the day you receive your order, no reason needed. Tell us within those 14 days, then send the parcel back within a further 14 days.
  • Customised products — made to your specifications, so the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply (Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU). We still accept them back within 14 days of delivery if you received a different size than the one ordered or the item has a quality defect.
  • Faulty, damaged or incorrect items — contact us before returning. We cover the return shipping and you choose between a full refund or a replacement. EU customers also have a two-year legal guarantee of conformity, which applies to customised products too.

Start your return from your account or email office@mysimplicated.com. Items must come back unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached, the hygiene liner intact on swimwear, and with the invoice and return form enclosed. If the plastic seal holding the product tag has been cut, the item can no longer be returned — this does not apply to faulty or incorrect items.

Return options

  • Romania — Sameday Easybox / Sameday Point — free
  • Rest of the EU — DHL or DPD Point — at your own cost
  • Outside the EU — tracked carrier of your choice — at your own cost, including duties, taxes and clearance fees

Parcels sent from outside the EU must be declared as returned goods, not a commercial sale, with the original invoice attached to the outside of the box. Parcels arriving with charges payable by us will be refused.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, or of receiving proof that you sent it back — whichever comes first. The money goes back to the payment method you used, at no charge to you.

When you withdraw from an order, the refund also covers the standard delivery cost you paid. If you chose an express option, we refund what our standard delivery would have cost. Refunds for single items out of a larger order do not include delivery.
